Returns & Refunds

14-day returns You can return a rug within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method.

Free returns Returns are free for orders shipped to Canada and the United States. We send you a prepaid return label, and there is no restocking fee.

Return conditions To qualify for a return, the rug must be unused, undamaged and clean, in its original condition and original packaging, with no odours or pet hair.

How to start a return Email sales@myrugworld.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We'll reply with your prepaid return label and instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.

Damaged, defective or wrong item If your rug arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email sales@myrugworld.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Exchanges To swap for a different size or colour, return your rug for a refund and place a new order.
