Returns and Exchanges

Please note that we will only accept rugs back if they have a manufacturer flaw. In the event that you are not satisfied with your rug, we'll work with you over email to get it sorted. You will be charged shipping costs; however, you can rest assured that we will refund you the price of the rug.

You have thirty days from the day you receive your rug purchase from us to decide if it works for the room you have designated. You have enough time during this time to determine if the rug satisfies your needs and goes well with your house décor. We are here to assist you with the return procedure should you determine that the rug isn't the correct fit.

Return Shipping Charges

Returned Mail Address

Condition of Rugs Returned

The rug has to be returned in its original state to be eligible. It should thus be devoid of wear, damage, or usage indications. To avoid any damage during shipping, do make sure the rug is packed tightly. We might not be able to handle your return if the rug is received in unsellable condition.
