Charting Your Course: Begin by filling out this brief online form. It's your compass to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, your map to a smooth return process. Alternatively, you can call us or send an email – we're always here to guide you.
Preserving the Treasure: Gently tuck your rug back into its original packaging, like a cozy cocoon being prepared for a journey. Don't forget to write the RA number on the outside, ensuring it finds its way back to us with ease.
A Seamless Departure: We'll schedule a convenient pick-up for your rug, so no need to lift a finger (except to say goodbye!). Lean back and let us handle the logistics.
Treasures Reappearing: Once your rug arrives back home safe and sound, your in-store credit will be waiting for you, ready to be exchanged for another rug destined to spark joy in your space.

Important Voyage Notes:

Certain restrictions may apply to oversized explorers (rugs 8 ft. or larger) and expeditions with a bounty exceeding $1,000. Careful planning before setting sail can minimize the need for a return voyage.
A restocking fee of 10%-20% may be deducted from your in-store credit, like a gentle toll on the return path. This helps us maintain a smooth journey for all our rug adventurers.
If your rug arrives damaged or doesn't match your initial specifications, no worries! Notify us within 7 days of delivery with accompanying photographs, and we'll promptly dispatch a replacement at no additional cost. Remember, damaged cargo needs a "damaged" signature for a swift switch.
Bespoke rug creations, like those from Dalyn, Milliken, Capel, and Colonial Mills, are adventurers who can only return if they encounter shipping mishaps.
