Most of our rugs are made of easy-care synthetic fibres such as polypropylene and polyester, and some are wool or wool blends. Each product page lists the exact material and care instructions in its Specifications.

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer custom rug sizes. However, we have a wide variety of standard sizes to choose from, so you're sure to find affordable rugs that fit your space perfectly!

You can return a rug within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Returns are free for Canada and US orders: email sales@myrugworld.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label (no restocking fee). The rug must be unused, clean and in its original condition and packaging. Damaged, defective or wrong items: tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace or refund at no cost.
