Shipping Policy

Where we ship My Rug World ships to addresses in Canada and the United States. We don't currently offer checkout for other countries. For international orders, email sales@myrugworld.com and we'll send you a shipping quote.

Shipping rates Canada: free shipping on orders of $199 CAD or more. Orders under $199 CAD ship for a flat $49.99 CAD. United States: free shipping on orders of $199 USD or more. Orders under $199 USD ship for a flat $39.99 USD.

Delivery times Most orders arrive within 3 to 9 business days in Canada and 4 to 8 business days in the United States. These are estimates, and delivery times aren't guaranteed. Rugs ship directly from our North American warehouse, and you'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Duties and taxes Canadian orders: there are no extra duty or brokerage charges at delivery. Any import fees are covered by us.

Damaged or missing items If your rug arrives damaged, or your tracking shows it delivered but you didn't receive it, email sales@myrugworld.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
